Welcome to Havence Studio. By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to any additional agreements applicable to your purchase or participation.

1. About Havence Studio

Havence Studio is a boutique fitness studio located in Denver, Colorado, offering instructor-led fitness experiences, including:

  • CLMBR indoor climbing workouts

  • Vault Strength training

  • Mat Pilates

  • Specialty classes, workshops, and community events

Services, schedules, and availability may change.

2. Account Registration

Customers may be required to create an account through our authorized booking platform, Mariana Tek.

You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and notify us of unauthorized account activity.

3. Memberships and Class Packages

Havence Studio offers various membership and class purchasing options, which may include unlimited memberships, class packages, individual class purchases, and promotional memberships.

Pricing, included benefits, eligibility, and applicable restrictions will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Membership-specific billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions will be disclosed in the applicable membership agreement or checkout terms.

4. Reservations and Attendance

Class reservations are subject to availability and studio capacity.

Members and guests are responsible for booking classes through the designated reservation system.

Havence Studio maintains a five-minute late-arrival cutoff. Participants arriving more than five minutes after the scheduled class start may be denied entry for safety and class continuity.

Additional reservation cancellation, no-show, and waitlist policies will be communicated through the booking platform or applicable studio policies.

5. Payments and Billing

Purchases and recurring membership payments are processed through authorized payment providers.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize charges according to the billing frequency, amount, and other terms disclosed and accepted during checkout.

Any applicable automatic renewal, cancellation procedures, or changes in membership pricing will be governed by the membership agreement and applicable law.

6. Membership Cancellations and Refunds

Membership cancellation, suspension, refund eligibility, and package expiration rules are governed by the specific terms disclosed when the customer purchases the applicable product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

7. Fitness Participation and Safety

Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including injury.

Participants are responsible for choosing activities appropriate to their abilities, following instructor guidance, and informing staff of relevant safety concerns.

Participants should consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate before beginning a new exercise program.

Participation may also require acceptance of a separate fitness waiver or liability agreement.

Nothing in these Terms waives legal rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

8. Studio Conduct

Havence Studio is committed to providing a respectful, welcoming, and safe environment.

Participants must:

  • Treat instructors, employees, and fellow members respectfully.

  • Follow reasonable safety instructions.

  • Use equipment appropriately.

  • Respect studio property and facilities.

  • Avoid disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.

Havence Studio may restrict access or take appropriate action when studio policies are violated, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

9. Class Changes and Cancellations

Havence Studio may modify class schedules, substitute instructors, or cancel classes due to operational, staffing, safety, or other legitimate circumstances.

When practicable, affected customers will be notified through the booking system, email, or other available communication channels.

Any applicable credits or refunds will be handled according to the relevant purchase terms and applicable law.

10. SMS and Email Communications

Havence Studio may send service-related communications concerning reservations, memberships, purchases, and account activity.

Promotional text messages require separate, appropriate consent. Agreeing to these Terms does not automatically enroll a customer in promotional SMS messages.

For promotional SMS messages:

  • Message frequency may vary.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP to opt out.

  • Reply HELP for assistance.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Website and Intellectual Property

The Havence Studio name, branding, website content, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Havence Studio or its applicable rights holders.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or use is prohibited.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Certain services are provided through third-party platforms, including Mariana Tek and payment processing providers.

Use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Changes to existing membership agreements will be handled according to the applicable contract and legal requirements.
